In our Manager’s Academy, your leaders will learn how to ensure that employees are never in doubt about what’s expected of them and how they are doing in relation to those expectations. Your managers will also have many opportunities to practice what it takes to translate those instincts into behaviors and communication that are appropriate for different kinds of people and situations.

We create a customized curriculum to meet the distinctive needs of your people managers. However, the overall experience includes an ongoing online forum for small groups of managers to learn together. Because most people haven’t had the benefit of this kind of capability building, we devote more time than most programs to practice, feedback, and preparation for real-life situations.
