We begin by getting to know your organization and its unique challenges and opportunities. Then, we work with you to design and deliver a custom program to accelerate development of key leaders and/or capacities. Most people haven’t been exposed to the depth of experiential learning we use—we redefine the notion of practice and feedback and include preparation for crucial, real-world engagements. As this customized program strengthens your leadership culture, we also welcome the opportunity to train your trainers.

ELIA Foundations Program

Join a community of diverse leaders for a 9-month intensive in leading-edge leadership practices.

This is a commitment. Like any great journey, it will change how you see and show up in the world. You’ll be accompanied by a community of dedicated peers that “get” you and support you for the long haul. The ELIA Foundations Program includes three residential sessions in California, nine webinars, and monthly individual coaching. This program is intentionally designed for people who come from different backgrounds: executives, managers, HR professionals, coaches, and community advocates. What they have in common is a desire and commitment to extend their leadership repertoire and to develop and evolve as persons.

ELIA “Dojo”: Quarterly Sessions

Practice makes perfect in these mastery workshops akin to a martial arts studio for leadership.

These one-day sessions work with participants’ real issues and how to use leadership artistry as the solution. They are for those who understand that true leadership requires lifelong practice and feel invigorated by such practice. The ELIA Dojo is held quarterly in the San Francisco Bay Area, and is coming soon to Vancouver, British Columbia. In each workshop, we employ specific kinds of simulations and role playing activities, mixed with somatic exercises, generative dialogue, and the arts—all to accelerate capacity building. We also isolate and practice specific approaches and tools in a sequenced fashion, enabling mastery of core leadership practices over time.
